General Terms and Conditions of Use
These general terms and conditions of use apply to all users of the Thames Information Centre website (the Site). By viewing and using the Site, you will be deemed to agree to the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then you must stop accessing and using the Site.
Copyright and Limited Reproduction Notices:
The contents of the Site are the copyright of The Thames Information Centre or suppliers to it. No part of the Site may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose and you are not permitted to incorporate the material or any part of it in any other work or publication (whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form) without the prior written consent of The Thames Information Centre. No part of the Site may be reproduced, transmitted or stored (including in any other website or other electronic form) except that you may print, or download to your hard drive, extracts from the Site only for your own personal or internal business use.
Linking:
The contents of the Site may include links to third-party materials (Linked Sites). The Thames Information Centre will not be responsible for the contents of any Linked Site or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by you from accessing, using, relying on or trading with third parties. These links are provided to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply Bell Gully's endorsement of the Linked Sites or any association with their operators. The Thames Information Centre reserves the right to prohibit links to the Site and you must remove or cease any link at The Thames Information Centre's request. You will not frame any part of the Site material (whether by including advertising or other revenue generating material or otherwise).
Voucher Conditions
Please read carefully the following terms, conditions and details covering
your reservations.
Reporting Time for services attached should be at least 20 minutes prior to departure time unless
otherwise indicated. Failure to observe final check in time may result in cancellation or reallocation
of a reservation.
Check In Time for accommodation reservations, where only a deposit has been paid, or a referral
given, should be strictly adhered to. Failure to observe check in time under these circumstances,
will result in cancellation or reallocation of the reservation.
Cancellations
Should it be necessary to AMEND or CANCEL reservations for accommodation,
transport or services, please ensure the supplier of the service is advised immediately. Please also
advise Thames i-SITE as soon as possible. Refunds of prepaid charges will only be made if
reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) of cancellation is given, which is sufficient for the purposes of
the operator.
No shows (not appearing for a booked service) will result in cancellation charges.
Conditions of Booking and Disclaimer
- Thames i-SITE acts only as ticket issuing agents for the suppliers of accommodation houses,
transport or other services for which vouchers / tickets have been issued.
- Thames i-SITE is not responsible and disclaims any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever
which arises out of or in connection with the contract for services for which these vouchers /
tickets are issued or for the failure of transport, sightseeing or other services to operate as
scheduled.
- The contract between the customer and the supplier of the services for which these vouchers
are issued shall constitute the sole contract for services for which these vouchers are issued.
- All vouchers / tickets issued in respect of any services are subject to the regulations and
bylaws, terms and conditions of the suppliers concerned. The suppliers conditions shall
supersede Thames i-SITE's conditions in any case of conflict.
- These vouchers / tickets entitle the customer only to services as detailed on the vouchers /
tickets, up to the value specified. All other costs associated with the service provided are in the
responsibility of the customer.
- These vouchers / tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded exchanged or refunded except in
accordance with any rights the customer may have under the Fair Trading Act or the Consumer
Guarantees Act.
